I Appreciate The Outstanding Service That Provided Y-Axis

શુભેચ્છાઓ! I am writing to let you know how much I appreciate the outstanding service that Annapoorna provided me from the time she took over my previous process consultant. I was amidst a great confusion and was redoing the things which were already done before, where Annapoorna was very supportive, attentive and helpful. I interacted with her many times in a day through calls and she was very polite and patient throughout my call. She is very knowledgeable about complete process and was very helpful. Because of her constant follow up and efforts, I was able to dispatch my documents (which were in a mess) to the CIC on time. I am very much satisfied with Annapoorna and want to continue to get her services in future. I look forward to working with Annapoorna throughout my process. Request the Team Lead not change the process consultant. Thank you.
